My Journey into Real Estate

Ipswich, QLD is a great place to live and work, which is why Simon chose to call it home. With roots in Sydney, NSW, Simon Hornstra came to Ipswich in 2017.

Simon Hornstra is part of the Link Properties family and is passionate about helping clients take the next step in their Real Estate journey. When Simon isn’t in the office or volunteering, you’ll often find him learning law, taking landscape photos and enjoying making good food with friends and family.

Grain and Nut Free Batter

Made my first Paleo Battered Fish tonight and it was a hit with the kids!
Also used the batter to make zucchini fries like at Grill'd.
Pretty good! And for the fizzy drink in it I used Kombuscha, worked a treat :-)

Ingredients

3/4 cup arrowroot flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 teaspoon salt
Pinch black pepper
2 eggs
1/2 cup Kombuscha depending on the consistency you like.

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until a smooth batter.

I used animal fat to fry in my wok that I seasoned yesterday.

2 minutes a side

Place on a paper towel to drain excess fat.

Serve with your favorite side :-)

Tonight's side was cauliflower fried rice :-)

The kids loved it so much!

Samsung Galaxy S8 on Forbes

It is time for an upgrade!

Checking out www.forbes.com for what's going on around the launch of the brand new Samsung Galaxy S8 as the usual time for the phone is late March early April.

From what we can see on Forbes is that the newest Galaxy is going to be announced in New York on March 29th. This is very exciting as I can't see another phone that holds up to Samsung for me personally today even with the issues of the Note 7.



Short and sweet lets hope the phone is going to be amazing!
